Are products stocked locally?
No. STRAPSJO products are sold on a preorder basis and are ordered from our suppliers after full payment is confirmed. Typical estimated delivery is 7–10 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.
How long does processing take?
Orders are normally processed within 24–48 hours after confirmation. Tracking details are shared when available after dispatch.
How long does delivery take?
Typical delivery is 10-14 business days. Delivery dates are estimates and can be affected by the courier, customs or events outside our control.
Are delivery and customs included?
For orders delivered within Jordan, delivery and customs are included in the listed price.
How can I check an urgent order?
Message us on WhatsApp before ordering and we will confirm current availability.
Returns and changes
What is the return window?
Return requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused, unopened, unpaired and in its original sealed packaging, with proof of purchase. Activated, used or opened devices and rings cannot be returned except where required for a verified damaged or incorrect item. See our Refund Policy for details. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed once an order is processed or placed with the supplier. Oura Ring cancellation requests are subject to approval and a 15% cancellation fee, as explained in our Refund Policy.
Compatibility and sizing
Do all straps fit every WHOOP device?
No. Some bands are designed for WHOOP 5.0, while others are specifically designed for WHOOP MG. Check the product title and compatibility details before ordering, or ask us on WhatsApp.
What does “Sizing kit first — full ring order” mean?
This choice is for customers who need to confirm their Oura ring size before the final ring is dispatched. The displayed price is the full ring-order price, not a kit-only price. We will contact you to confirm the size and finish.
What is the difference between SportFlex and SuperKnit?
- SportFlex is a silicone performance band suited to water and intense training.
- SuperKnit is a breathable fabric band designed for comfortable everyday wear.
Memberships and retailer status
Does a “+ 12-Month Membership” product include the membership?
Yes. The listed bundle price covers the physical device package and the stated 12-month WHOOP membership. Activation, renewals, billing and account support are handled through WHOOP; STRAPS JO supports the physical order and delivery.
Is STRAPS JO an authorized WHOOP or Oura retailer?
STRAPS JO is an independent third-party retailer and is not affiliated with or authorized by WHOOP Inc., Oura Health or other brands unless explicitly stated.

How can I pay?

How should I clean a strap?
Follow the manufacturer care instructions. As a general rule, use mild soap and water where appropriate and allow the band to dry fully before wearing it again.
