1. Important Notice About WHOOP Products & Memberships

STRAPSJO sells physical WHOOP devices as a third-party retailer.

⚠️ STRAPSJO is not an authorized reseller or affiliate of WHOOP Inc.

WHOOP memberships are activated, managed, billed, and supported directly by WHOOP

STRAPSJO has no access to customer WHOOP accounts

Subscription issues, billing errors, trial cancellations, or membership refunds are not handled by STRAPSJO

By purchasing a WHOOP device from STRAPSJO, you acknowledge and agree that any membership-related issues must be resolved directly with WHOOP through your personal WHOOP account.


2. Refunds – General Policy

All sales are final, except in the limited cases listed below.

We do not offer refunds for:

WHOOP membership fees

Subscription charges

Trial period misunderstandings

Account activation issues

Membership cancellations or renewals

Issues arising after the device has been successfully delivered


3. Physical Product Returns (Devices & Accessories)

A return may be accepted only if all conditions below are met:

The item is unused, unopened, and in original sealed packaging

Return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

The item has not been activated, paired, or used

Proof of purchase is provided

❌ Returns will be rejected if:

The device has been activated or used

Packaging is opened or damaged

The issue is related to WHOOP membership or app functionality

The return request is outside the allowed timeframe


4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

Damaged during shipping

Incorrect or missing items

You must contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos/videos of the issue

Original packaging visible

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in rejection of the claim.


5. Shipping & Delivery

Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, STRAPSJO is not responsible for:

Delays caused by customs or couriers

Lost or stolen packages after delivery

Issues caused by incorrect shipping details provided by the customer


6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting STRAPSJO first may result in:

Order suspension

Account blacklisting

Dispute evidence submission including delivery confirmation and policy agreement


7. Acceptance of This Policy

You have read and understood this Refund & Returns Policy

You understand STRAPSJO is not responsible for WHOOP subscription issues

You agree that WHOOP-related refunds must be handled directly with WHOOP
