STRAPSJO is a third-party retailer based in Amman, Jordan, selling fitness wearables and accessories.
STRAPSJO is not affiliated with, authorized by, or officially partnered with WHOOP Inc. or any other brand unless explicitly stated.

3. Products & Availability
All products are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, or modify descriptions and pricing at any time without prior notice.

4. WHOOP Disclaimer (Very Important)
STRAPSJO sells WHOOP devices and accessories only.
We do NOT:
Sell WHOOP memberships as a service
Manage WHOOP subscriptions
Control WHOOP trials, renewals, billing, cancellations, or refunds
Represent WHOOP Inc. in any capacity
WHOOP Memberships:
WHOOP memberships are activated directly by the customer via the WHOOP app or website.
Any subscription issues must be handled directly between the customer and WHOOP Inc.
STRAPSJO is not responsible for subscription errors, charges, renewals, cancellations, or refunds.
By purchasing a WHOOP device from STRAPSJO, you acknowledge and agree to these conditions.
5. Pricing & Payments
All prices are listed in Jordanian Dinar (JOD) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change at any time.
Full payment is required before an order is processed.
STRAPSJO is not responsible for bank fees, currency conversion fees, or payment processor charges.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.
STRAPSJO is not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or force majeure.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order is delivered to the provided address.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Key points:
Activated or used devices are non-returnable
WHOOP subscription refunds are not handled by STRAPSJO
Physical product returns must meet stated conditions
8. No Guarantees or Medical Advice
STRAPSJO does not provide medical, fitness, or health advice.
Products sold are not medical devices unless explicitly stated by the manufacturer.
Any health or fitness data provided by devices is for informational purposes only.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
STRAPSJO shall not be liable for:
Subscription issues with third-party platforms
Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Loss of data, income, or business
Device misuse or incorrect activation
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the physical product purchased.
